Our Captain
Your captain, Tim, has been offering fishing charters since 2014. Having fished nearly the entire coastline of BC, including Haida Gwaii, River’s Inlet, Port Hardy, Hakai Passage, WCVI, including Winter Harbour, Tofino Bamfield, and Port Renfrew, Sooke, the Gulf Islands, and Comox Valley, We are of the firm belief that we can offer you the best fishing of your life out of Port Hardy and Rivers inlet. Our Crew hold all the necessary qualifications, including my SVOP, MED-A3, MED-DVS, ROC-M, and Marine First Aid.

Prime Fishing Grounds
Rivers Inlet and Port Hardy offer some of the most prolific fishing grounds in British Columbia. The nutrient-rich waters are home to an array of species, including Chinook, Coho, Pink, Sockeye, and Chum salmon, as well as halibut, lingcod, and various rockfish. Our knowledge of these prime fishing spots ensures that every outing with Tidal Charters is filled with anticipation and excitement.
We’ve been fishing the Port Hardy/Rivers inlet area since 2017, currently hold the record for the largest sport Caught Halibut at 312 pounds, many “Tyee” salmon over 30 Pounds and Lingcod up to almost 60 Pounds! Our Crew hold all the necessary Qualifications, including my SVOP, MED-A3, MED-DVS, ROC-M, and Marine First Aid. Due to the Seasonal Nature of Guiding, We also have a second business as a Marine Mechanic, so you know you’ll be in the best hands.
